Oliver Koletzki
It sounds like a fairy tale: In 2005 29-year old OLIVER KOLETZKI presses 500 copies of his underground hit ‘Der Mückenschwarm’ onto vinyl. One of those white labels lands in Sven Väth's record bag and whenever he plays the track, the people go wild. Shortly after techno-king Väth signs the track on his techno empire Cocoon. ‘Der Mückenschwarm’ - already considered as a techno classic - becomes the best sold techno record of 2005, the best ever selling record on Cocoon and OLIVER KOLETZKI gets voted newcomer of the year in the prestigious Groove magazine.
But one would be fooled to think that this was the start of Oliver's musical career. Since the tender age of 12 OLIVER KOLETZKI has been deeply infected with the production virus. He starts out by programming Hip-Hop beats on the C64, but quickly falls in love with more electronic sounds like breakdance and synthie-pop, which he produces on the first Amiga computers. When he turns 18, he also starts to DJ in his hometown of Braunschweig and quickly becomes a regular DJ in the local clubs. In 2000 he decides to move to Berlin to study music, as well as the excessive Berlin nightlife. He promptly lands himself DJ gigs in smaller clubs and bars, but with the release of his first record, things change for the better. In the summer of 2005 he starts to play festivals, gets booked by the most prestigious clubs all over the world and remixes the likes of Rockers Hi-Fi, Client or Cassius. However, while superstardom is lurking around every corner, Oliver stays down to earth: "I have been making music for nearly twenty years now. That provides me with a stable base for not going nuts. Basically, I am still doing the same that I have been doing for years now: making music during the week and playing out on the weekends, even if it is on a slightly different level now."
In October 2005, while still riding on the success of his debut single, Oliver realises one of his biggest dreams: to start his own label. He founds Stil vor Talent, a label dedicated to pushing new artists and creating a platform for a huge variation of quality electronic dance music – from minimal techno over groovy house to pop music. "From the beginning I wanted to give people the same chance that I've had and offer them a platform to release their music. However: the quality of the music is above everything else. Firstly, I have to like it", Oliver comments on the philosophy of his label. And he is a workaholic. He still spends hours and hours listening to demo tracks and goes out to see people play live in small clubs. Up until now, Stil vor Talent can look back on over 65 releases that include Oliver’s first artist album ‘Get Wasted’, the über-hit ‘3 Tage Wach’ or Oliver's latest electronically influenced pop albums ‘Großstadtmärchen’ and ‘Lovestoned’.
OLIVER KOLETZKI proves that it is possible to achieve commercial success through an underground sensibility, of which Lützenkirchen’s ironic afterhour manifest ‘3 Tage Wach’ is the best example: the track becomes the best-sold techno track of 2008. In 2009 Oliver continues this success story with the release of his album ‘Großstadtmärchen’ – an electro-pop album featuring national and international big names such as Mieze Katz (MIA), Axel Bosse or Die Raketen as well as many newcomers such as singers Juli Holz, Pyur and Fran. With ‘Großstadtmärchen’ Oliver has achieved what only few techno producers manage to do: he produced a record marrying pop aesthetics with club credibility. In 2010 Oliver seamlessly continued in collaboration with singer Fran and thus showed his tender side with the album ‘Lovestoned’.
In the summer 2009 he founds his band The Koletzkis with a few of his good mates as well as Fran. The Koletzkis have been touring through Europe for the past two years, filling concert venues and festival tents alike.
Label manager, producer, DJ, bandleader: above all, Oliver still manages to fill clubs around the world and makes people smile to his energetic DJ sets. Be it in the best clubs of Europe such as London's Fabric or Berlin's Berghain or big festivals, Oliver knows how to perform and connect with his audience.

The Koletzkis
Since he was young it has been a dream of DJ and producer OLIVER KOLETZKI to not only play music for people, but to perform it live with a band. Having played in bands already during his teenage years, it is now, with the release of his album "Großstadtmärchen", that he makes this dream come true for him – and for crowds all over Europe. Meet: THE KOLETZKIS.
For his four-piece-band OLIVER KOLETZKI – the man behind the success of "Der Mückenschwarm" – has gathered some of his oldest friends around him who play the melodies and sounds that he created for his successful urban electro pop album "Großstadtmärchen".
There is Chris van Liebling on the bass, Björn Störig on the drums, kd on the guitar and the beautiful voice of Fran that sings all the lyrics and creates that very special connection with the audience. Oliver himself is pulling the musical strings by playing the e-piano, the synthesizer and by controlling the effects.
Albeit being a very new band THE KOLETZKIS have already successfully rocked crowds in Berlin’s best and most prestigious club venues such as Watergate and Bar 25, as well as at the concert hall Lido, and in other cities such as at the Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg, at the Distillery in Leipzig, in Basel, Munich, Bern and Vienna to name only a few. While the hit singles "U-Bahn" and "Hypnotized" still take up huge amounts of airtime on German radio nationwide, people anticipate these beacons in the set while at the same time getting drawn in by new and other material of THE KOLETZKIS and their hypnotizing live performance.
THE KOLETZKIS take electro pop back to where it needs to take place: live and in colour. After all, pop music can work great on an album, but it’s all about seeing and hearing it live!

Channel X
Let us introduce the Berlin-based live-act duo Channel X: It was in 2005 that mutual friends first introduced André and Mirko to each other. Soon after, the two enthusiasts decided to start producing music together and thus formed Channel X. Their musical history however, goes much further back.
As André Quasar, André has been a regular DJ since 1996, playing a mixture of deep house and minimal techno in clubs like the renowned Casino. A DJ first and foremost, he only started to produce in 2003. Mirko, on the other hand, has been experimenting with the production of electronic music since 1996. He is a producer at heart, a precise technician redefining his set of possibilities with every technical advancement, while staying respectful to his musical roots, which range from Hip-Hop, Jazz and Electronica to deeper and harder techno sounds like those of Alexander Kowalski. "I saw Alexander Kowalski play live at the Tresor once. That was a magical moment. I decided then and there that I wanted to play live", Mirko explains. Their different approaches to the planet of techno are a genuine source of inspiration for both of them. "We both inspire each other in different areas", the duo explains. Mirko started to DJ through André and André has focused more on his production skills thanks to Mirko's motivation. But differences apart, it is far more important what brings the two together: Producing bouncy music that fluctuates between their different influences, from Mirko's deeper lounge sounds to André’s minimalistic house approach.
This unique combination resultant in a powerful mixture of clicks, effects and pumping grooves is at the heart of the boys' energy-laden live sets. Equipped with a machine park consisting of two laptops, a sampler, midi controllers and effects units, Channel X have been rocking clubs around Germany, showing off their perfect technical know-how, stage wisdom and ability to adapt to the mood of the crowd. This isn’t just another one-man laptop show! Far from it, André and Mirko only play their own productions, rearranging and editing them on the go and thus broadening their portfolio whilst in the DJ booth. "When you DJ, you know how people will react to certain tracks. But when we play live, almost nobody knows our tracks. So we work even harder on organizing our live act in such a way that you cannot stand still. You simply have to move," André elaborates. "The first time we saw people go crazy to our own music, it was a massive rush and it became an addiction. There’s no stopping us now," Mirko adds. After many live shows around Berlin, 2007 saw the release of their first EP on the minimal label Kassette Records. Hailed by ravers and charted by DJs like Pan-Pot, Jeremy P. Caulfield or Afrilounge, the busy DJ Oliver Koletzki – amazed by Channel X's energy and skills – signed them for a release on his ever-growing label Stil vor Talent. The ‘Bug in Coffee EP’ was a massive success for both label and Channel X, receiving great press and airtime by big names like Laurent Garnier, Jesse Rose, Karotte or Jamie Jones.
Since then, many important releases followed on Stil vor Talent such as the two successful ‘X-Files’ EPs or, more recently, the tech house hits ‘Little Symphony’ and ‘Steamboat Willie’. The two boys, however, show the most passion for their live gigs. And what better way to express that love than to present it to a wide audience. "We want to rock as many parties as possible. That's always our main goal". Whether it’s on the festival stages throughout Europe or clubs in Australia, it’s hard to avoid Channel X if you’re enthusiastic about electronic music.

Niko Schwind
31-year old NIKO SCHWIND was born in Trier – the birthplace of Karl Marx – and very quickly discovers his own personal “capital”: his love for music and passion for sound. In 2001 he first got the chance to express these true feelings in public. Since then, the same mission was to stretch through his biography like a red line: to invite people on the dancefloor on a journey, to tell them a story with his music. Now, in 2011, Niko has just released his second album on Stil vor Talent, an LP that is destined to catapult him into the ranks of the top DJs and producers.
The young and passionate DJ quickly made a name for himself in and around his hometown. People spread the word of his enthusiastic DJ sets, of his charismatic appearance, of his skill to transfer the energy of house and techno sounds straight onto the dancefloor in order to create a connection between DJ and crowd. Soon enough, NIKO SCHWIND starts to play in clubs outside of Trier, in Hannover, Leipzig und Cologne as well as Catania and Belgrade. Big events such as the Alive-Festival, Nature One or Ruhr in Love, moreover, book him. In 2007 Niko moves to Berlin and quickly begins spinning records in prestigious clubs such as Bar 25, Club der Visionäre and Watergate. In February 2009, Niko lands his first bookings in South America, a place that he already revisited in October 2010. His reputation opens the door to the famous Vegas club and D-Edge in Sao Paolo, Brazil. It is safe to say that if DJing was his first love, production is his hot love affair.
NIKO SCHWIND starts producing in 2004, intensely working on sounds and patterns that will make his productions stand out among the vastness of contemporary electronic music. Everything that he experiences out on the dancefloor is transferred into his productions. His first EPs on Autist Records, on which he subsequently released his debut LP in May 2009, gather the attention of many top DJs such as Jeremy P. Caulfield. It is only a matter of time until Oliver Koletzki takes notice of Niko’s productions and DJ sets. In the past two years, he has consequently released two singles on Stil vor Talent that showcased his transition from a minimalistic tech house sound to mature, melodic house music.
In the spring of 2011, Niko is about to release his second album ‘Good Morning Midnight’ on Stil vor Talent. The album features collaborations with vocalists such as Fran, but also with other producers such as Channel X, Patrick Blasa or Oliver Koletzki. Overall, it is evident that NIKO SCHWIND can be classed one of the most prolific house producers out there, with a stylistic breadth ranging from gentle vocal house to techy peak time anthems. It seems as if Niko approaches his productions with the view of a DJ and, vice versa, reads the dancefloor as a schooled musician – a talent that makes him truly unique.

Bruch & Junior
Fundamentally different and yet the same! The two young artists Christopher Lawrenz and Eike Bruch found each other in the summer of 2009 to combine their interests and passions. Hearts filled with music and the will to create something new, the two started merging their preferences and influences into a shared project that would become a platform for their sonic ideas: Bruch & Junior.
Born and bred in Flensburg, Christopher Lawrenz (aka Lawrenz Junior) was lead to music at the tender age of 5 by his parents and was thus given the opportunity to enjoy being trained in both, violin and piano, which were to influence his musical tastes henceforth. 1991 was the year Lawrenz developed an interest in the art of spinning and eagerly collecting records, which, after some practise, would result in his first gigs in the German north. Disco and house sounds were to drive his sets. After a few baby steps, bigger things followed naturally such as gigs in Mexico during Spring Break or at Bacardi B Live, at which he DJed and presented his violin skills. After school, Lawrenz moved to Hamburg to study Communication Design while continuously working on his DJ career. Gigs started becoming more and more frequent as the young German made a name for himself within the healthy Hamburg scene.
After two years, Christopher incidentally met the East Friesian Eike Bruch. Eike, who also had a keen ear for music from a young age onwards, immersed himself in hip hop for a long time and subsequently decided to pursue studying sound engineering in Berlin after developing an interest in musical production. Ever since sitting down together for the first time, the two talented youngsters boiled with sonic ideas. Combined, their musical know-how, love for electronic music and passion for the art of DJing guaranteed a harmonic working relationship with brilliant results. Their first, digitally released EP, ‘Fiesta De La Residencia’, was met by the praise of contemporary hotshots such as Luciano, M.A.N.D.Y., Shinedoe, DJ Sneak or Phonique. From that point onwards, the two haven’t looked back – through continuous work, they managed to make a name for themselves in a highly competitive scene. With a sound best described as light yet extremely groovy, in which elements of Chicago and Detroit are being combined with deep and tech house, the two have found the Bruch & Junior aesthetic. While living in two different cities hasn’t compromised their working process in the slightest, their production ethic has further paid off: at the beginning of 2011 their second EP, ‘Runway to Kenia’, was released on Stil vor Talent. Thus, Bruch & Junior have managed to step up into the professional league on both, a national and international level. And this is only the beginning.

Kellerkind
If people think of Switzerland, they think of green meadows, clear water, snow-covered mountaintops and fresh air. In the world of electronic music they think of soulful house music and a history of great parties and clubs. It is in both of these environments that Marco Biagini aka Kellerkind grew up. In the small and rural town of Solothurn Kellerkind discovered the Chicago sound in the local clubs and became fully infected with the virus of house music. 15 years later, Kellerkind has become an irreplaceable figure in the Swiss electronic music scene.
In the beginning, it wasn’t much more than just fun. Now though, it is a true passion. After many nights spent on the dancefloor at Solothurn’s ‘Nacht-schicht’, Kellerkind started to DJ himself – at first in his bedroom and soon in the clubs in and around his hometown. Warm deep house and the soulful music of Chicago remain his biggest influences as he blends his favourite tracks together on the turntables. Very quickly he starts to play out in Switzerland’s big clubs. While Kellerkind becomes synonymous with the clever arrangements of tracks, it is a constantly pulsating groove that is his true trademark, which can still be heard in his DJ-sets today. “It’s all about the groove”, he claims for himself. By 2007 Marco has already played the biggest and most important clubs in Switzerland, be it Zurich’s Hive, Rohstofflager, Rote Fabrik, Zukunft or Bern’s Formbar.
His career, however, really kicks off with his first release ‘Bergluft’ in 2008. Since 2001 Kellerkind has been producing music. His name, which translates as ‘basement child’, can be taken quite literally, as he spends hours creating and arranging his warm house sounds in his basement studio in Solothurn. In 2007, Kellerkind meets the guys behind Swiss house imprint Sirion Recordings and in 2008 he releases ‘Bergluft’, a track that gets worldwide feedback. It is played out by many famous DJs, charts at number 5 of Beatport’s minimal charts and even gets airtime on John Digweed’s UK radio show on Kiss100. After the sterling debut things happen quickly: Florian Meindl releases the ‘Keller EP’ on his label Flash Recordings, of which the tracks ‘Natural Juice’ and ‘TomTom’ list highly in various different techno charts. Later the tracks are re-released on vinyl as part of the ‘Don’t Go Home’ EP, which does well with record retailers such as decks.de. In 2009, Kellerkind’s working-relationship with Oliver Koletzki develops as he is asked to produce a remix for Koletzki’s ‘Since you are gone’. The finished remix receives great feedback in the scene. Since then he has released a shared EP on Stil vor Talent with Niko Schwind – an homage to classic house music – and has been featured on the ‘Swiss Edition’ EP in 2010. Most recently, his ‘Groovebox EP’ was released on FLASH to critical acclaim.
Since his first release, Kellerkind’s DJ career has taken a sharp turn: he has played Berlin’s famous Watergate, frequently plays at Hive Club in Zurich and many other international dance venues. While channeling the energy of the club in his records, Kellerkind enjoys the contrast between weekend and weekday: he produces his tracks in a small wooden hut tucked away deeply in the Swiss countryside. It is here that his warm and soulful tracks are written and he gets the chance to replenish his batteries for the long weekends spent between Zurich and Berlin. “Most of my influences still come from my time spent in clubs”, he states, a fact that is confirmed by his DJ sets and productions. There is always this pulsating groove, this unstoppable energy that makes Kellerkind’s music so unique, and so danceable. For booking enquiries don't hesitate to contact us:

Animal Trainer
Both children of the illustrious nightlife of trend capital Zurich, Adrian Flavor and Samy Jackson have made a name for themselves with their Rakete parties, held mostly at the übercool Hive club, as well as many other locations in and around Switzerland. They have played and rocked most clubs in their home country, as well as being booked to play throughout Europe. Whenever people talk about a DJ set from the two turntable wizards, they speak about the moment “it” happened. They have a talent to play music which inspires and leads electronic trends, rather than follows them. Added to this, they are famous for their love of the party - frequently being the last to leave the club. As dedicated music lovers and passionate entertainers, it was a natural progression for the duo to turn their appetite for music and endless parties into producing for themselves. Besides having recently mixed the compilation for the 5 years Hive Club Anniversary, their releases can be found on Stil vor Talent, Poker Flat and Hive Audio.

Juli Holz
'Music stays forever'. Maybe this is the most important message by 24-year old JULI HOLZ, the young artist producing electronic music that she sings in German language. Music has definitely stayed with Juli since she started learning the piano at the age of 11. Since then she has come a long way, from soul to hip-hop to techno, from home recordings to record releases, from the intimate space of her bedroom to the open stages of clubs and concert halls.
Love, lust, the metropolis, the clubs, the people; loneliness, euphoria and melancholy: those are the big topics in JULI HOLZ's lyrics. Hailing from the small east German town of Erfurt, it are Juli's parents that first influence her at a very early age. Prince, Goldie and soul music are played around her home and when she is at the age to go out, hip-hop is the predominant music in the local scene in the late 1990s. But after visiting Berlin's infamous techno temple Berghain for the first time at the age of 18, she is immediately infected by electronic music and its democratic production principle. She has been making some music before, but from this day on, she has to 'follow the call of the bass drum', as she calls it herself. She swaps the piano for a midi-controlled keyboard and starts producing romantic electronic ballads together with Maria (now Chapeau Claque) under the name of “Zweiekkenkreis”. Their first release is already recognized and recommended by one of Germanys most renowned electronic music critics, Bleed from De:Bug magazine. Still, shortly after the two girls decide to go their own separate ways, and Juli starts to seriously work on her own sound and, to sing.
While producing her own music, writing her own lyrics and putting it all together, Juli also starts to play her music to other people, first at private parties, but quickly at small venues in her home town and in Weimar, a city known for its rich cultural history and renowned art university. But other people also begin to recognize her talent. Berlin-based producer and DJ Oliver Koletzki has just had his first major success with “Der Mückenschwarm” and is looking for talented newcomers for his freshly started label Stil vor Talent when he stumbles upon Juli's music. It shall take another three years until her first EP “Tränen auf dem Dancefloor” is released, but in this time, Juli moves to Berlin and the city's extensive nightlife and mesh of emotions become the backdrop of her poetic techno, as one might term it.
Her songs express a lasting hope for love that is embedded in a world of contrasts, somewhere between radical hedonistic moments and the loneliness of the big city. While her voice is mostly whispered, these soft melodies are underlined by warm synthesizers, the never ending stomp of the bass drum and a clear vision of electronic music that is influenced by old and new. One can hear the soul of R&B and deep house, the straightness of techno, the weirdness of electronica of the likes of DAF or Kraftwerk as well as the pop appeal of German and international singers such as Jochen Distelmeyer, Peter Licht, Nina Hagen, James Murphy, Erlend Oye or Justine Electra.
After her first release, she contributes the track “Zuckerwatte” to Oliver Koletzki's album “Großstadtmärchen” that is played by RadioEins, Fritz and MotorFM and becomes one of the most successful singles of the album. At the end of 2010 she releases her second EP “Winterabend” together with the producer Daso; and JULI HOLZ continues to perform live, something that has always been very important to her. In the space of the club she feels the close connection between her and the audience, while she stands on stage, separated only by the glow of her laptop and the microphone in front of her. While joining The Koletzkis on some of their tour dates, she has also already played in some of Berlin's most famous locations such as Watergate, Maria or Bar 25. Also, she has worked with other musicians and producers such as Jin Choi or Chopstick and Johnjon and has been remixed by the likes of David August or Oliver Koletzki himself. At the moment, JULI HOLZ is working on her first album that shall see the light of day at the end of next year. Until then, she continues to transform her own experiences into poetic electronic harmonies. For booking enquiries don't hesitate to contact us:

Björn Störig
There are many musicians who decide to become DJs. Most of the time they remain musicians who are mixing music. With Björn Störig, this is different. He has always been both. When he is 13 he gets his first drum kit of his dad, who has played the drums for as long as Björn can remember. Soon after he starts DJing in his hometown of Brunswick. Now in 2011, Björn is back behind the decks more than ever, and also producing his own music and continuing to be the drummer of “The Koletzkis”. But let’s start from the beginning.
Björn has always been influenced and inspired by rhythmic music. After playing the drums in various funk and rock bands in his teenage years, he gets his first pair of decks and a mixer at the age of 16. And it comes as no surprise then that he starts buying mostly hip-hop records and sticks with the broken beats throughout his first wave of DJing. His musical knowledge and collection rapidly advances into faster terrain and Björn can now be caught behind the decks at local clubs spinning UK breakbeat, jungle, drum’n’bass, hip-hop and 2step. It is here that Björn starts DJing together with Oliver Koletzki, rocking parties and becoming good friends.
As in many times in life, people part and find each other again. The same goes for Björn’s friendship with Oliver. After Björn had spent six years in Cologne and is ready for a change of scenery, Oliver calls him up to recruit him as the drummer of his newly formed band and live outfit “The Koletzkis”. Björn says yes and starts touring Germany, Austria and Switzerland playing in prestigious clubs and live venues such as Watergate, Gebäude 9, Hive or the now-closed and legendary Bar 25. After the tour shows it is Björn who rocks the after-show parties with his DJ sets and it is then that he once again discovers the magic of playing records to a crowd. While his musical taste has shifted towards deep, melodic and rhythmic house music these days, also influenced by the sound of Cologne, Björn’s sets still have that element of surprise and you can feel the energy of the drummer inside him when he stands behind the decks.
2010 did not only see Björn take up DJing again, he started to produce his own music, too. His first release on Stil vor Talent, a remix of the Oliver Koletzki’s single “Strandbar Berlin” showcased his approach to house music, which is deep and groovy, while transporting a subtle element of funk. There is definitely more to come and expect from Björn this year and he is eagerly working on more remixes and his own productions. For now, he is already booked to DJ at various clubs around the country and with his band “The Koletzkis” he will also enter the festival circuit and play the renowned Melt! for the first time around. Björn is neither just a drummer nor just a DJ – he is the best of both worlds!

Erich Lesovsky
There are only a few beams of lights from the super bright LEDs that illuminate his plain white mask, which erodes every sense of stardom. Next to his laptop and pad controller stands a glass filled with a green fluorescent substance, to which a sensitive piezo-microphone is attached, that is able to convert vibrations into sounds. Erich Lesovsky puts his finger into the glass and swirls it around transmitting this electric impulse into his laptop and, in form of sound, to the crowd. All of this is part of Erich Lesovsky’s live set-up and it is indicative of this producer’s constant search for the creative chaos of sound manipulation.
Born into a small town in the middle of Germany, Erich’s voyage into sound starts at a very early age. At the age of 8 he first picks up a guitar and has since decided for himself that music will be the focal point of his life. A few years and a couple of punk and reggae bands later, he starts to produce electronic music at the beginning of the 1990s. In this time Erich produces mostly ambient electronic soundscapes using just an Atari, an Esoniq ASR-10 sampler and a Roland JD-800. Erich is one of those musical technicians who can remember the times when he had to reload floppy disks for his live set to continue. But even if technology has majorly advanced in recent years, Erich continues to strive for the odd sounds, the creative manipulation of tools and his very own signature style.
His studio is best described as a cluttered nerd workshop, where Erich takes apart children’s music toys, gets deep into the art of signal processing, builds his own synthesizers and essentially creates sounds out of everything that he can find or record outside. In recent years he has build a few of his own DIY instruments that include an Atari Punk Console in a Nintendo Game Boy case, a Minimum Theremin and many more whacky synthesizers. In this way he is a true voyager for inventive sounds while at the same time producing music that can work functionally on the dancefloor. With releases on labels such as Pentagonik, WBA, Keno and of course Stil vor Talent, Erich’s sound can hit the party at the very right moment, while still retaining an era of the uncanny and the mysterious. While trying to fit a genre to his music, techno is maybe the best fit, but his music and especially his live shows are more than that. Beneath the anonymity of his fitted mask, Erich Lesovsky magically puts together his own sound creations to a musical corpus that is based on a recurring groovy and bouncy loop.
When asked how he would best describe his unconventional approach to producing music, Erich says it’s essentially like putting together a big puzzle. First identifying all the right pieces and then trying to put them together in the right places to create something entirely unique. While using a laptop to combine and sequence his music into tracks, he believes that it’s easier to create chaos within an analog machine. And after all, it is in this chaos that Erich Lesovsky excels and that makes his music so exceptionally different. If sound was a house, then Erich Lesovsky would be both the builder and the architect. And he would also be the first one to have a house warming party inside.

Dapayk
It all started out with an old PC and a borrowed synthesizer. When Dapayk, alias Niklas Worgt, at age 15 first started playing around in his own studio it soon became his second home. Obsessed with the idea of bringing together his favourite music styles from the early 90ies in his productions, his journey led him from Drum'n Bass to House and finally to Techno.
Playing ping pong with all those different styles and the fact that he wasn't willing to commit to just one of them, led to the typical Dapayk sound: groovy, edgy and different. With releases on labels such as Stil vor Talent, Herzblut and his own mothership Mo's Ferry Prod., Dapayk has proven his up to dateness for over a decade. With 7 LP releases and over 50 single releases under his belt, he is one of the main protagonists in the world of electronic music.
He was able to expand his abilities as a producer with his own projects, such as Dapayk& Padberg or Marek Bois. And when it's time to get the best out of their tracks in the studio, he is also is the man to count on for other artists like Monika Kruse, Marcel Knopf or Kleinschmager Audio.
Dapayk and his Mo's Ferry Crew are succesfully staging the I Love Vinyl Open Air to make a statement for their big love- the "black beauty". Since Niklas has been a wordtraveller with his live act for many years, he knows just what a good party needs. He's using this knowledge to create a unique atmosphere at his festival which is appreciated by more and more guests and fans each year.
